Financial Services Student Portal

Welcome to the Colby College Student Financial Services online portal. You can:

  • Check the status of your aid application 24/7.
  • View a list of documents we've received from you and the list of documents still outstanding.
  • Upload requested documents. 
  • View your financial aid offer (if available).

Students are reminded to monitor their Colby e-mail account regularly, as this is the official means of communication employed by our office to contact students.


Log In Instructions

Important Note about 2025-2026 Academic Year 

All students will be considered a first-time user for the 2025-26 year to access the new financial aid portal. 

  • Use the First-Time User link and follow the steps outlined. You will use your Colby ID Number, and will then answer two questions to activate your account. 
  • Note: If your Colby ID Number starts with a zero, do not include this as part of your login to the Financial Aid Portal. For example: If your Colby ID Number is: 0111111, enter 111111, this will be your ID for logging in.
  • Once you have activated your account through the First-Time User link, you will access your account using your Colby ID Number and the password that you have created. 

You must have a financial aid record already established at Colby College in order to access this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the CSS Profile (for domestic and international students) and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)(for domestic- U.S. Citizens, Dual U.S. Citizens or Eligible Non-Citizens/ Permanent Residents).
